Rules of Conduct for Riding on School Buses
  1. The bus driver may assign seats a student a seat at any time

  2. Be courteous to the bus driver and other passengers

  3. After entering the bus go directly to a seat and remain seated

  4. The use of abusive or obscene language is forbidden at all times

  5. Do not eat or drink on the bus; keep the bus clean

  6. Do not push, roughhouse, throw objects or fight on the bus

  7. Remain seated until the bus reaches its destination and comes to a complete stop

  8. No smoking

  9. Keep your hands and head inside the bus

  10. Do not destroy property

  11. For your own safety, do not distract the driver through misbehavior

  12. Hold books, coats and all other objects in lap

  13. Talk in normal voice

  14. Leave the bus in a single file

  15. Keep all parts of the body and other objects in the bus

  16. Student should not tamper with any of the safety devices

  17. Be at the bus stop at least 10 minutes early, and stand a safe distance from the bus

  18. Student shall not shout or make gestures toward anyone outside the bus
