According to Senate Bill 1108, teacher performance evaluations must include parent input.

To meet this requirement Grace School District has created a Teacher Performance Survey. The data will be collected through April 3, 2017. Once the data is compiled the administrators will share the information with individual teachers.

If your student has more than one teacher please complete a survey for each teacher. There is a separate survey for elementary and secondary teachers.

If you do not have access to the internet hard copies will be available for pick up and drop off at each school office.

Please respond to the following surveys by April 3, 2017. Note that responses to the Teacher surveys cannot be anonymous. Replying with invalid information will invalidate your response.
